We currently manufacture compression springs from all types of wire. Our wire size range is from 0.004" to 0.866" (.1mm to 22mm).

Compression springs are open coil, helical wound mechanical springs that resist a pushing force.  Common applications are ‘click’ type retractable ball point pens, or the push button valve in aerosol cans.  We use electronic length control on all compression spring coilers and have the ability to work to extremely tight tolerances.  In some cases, we may be able to manufacture your compression springs to “Exact Length”.  We can manufacture continuous coils to an almost infinite length.  We can also grind the end coils of compression springs to increase the load bearing surface and reduce the solid height.
