Extension springs are typically closed coil, helical wound mechanical springs that resist a pulling force.  Common applications are screen door closer springs and some types of overhead garage door springs. We use electronic position control on all extension spring coilers and have the ability to work to extremely tight tolerances.  In some cases we can use electronic diameter control to manufacture your extension springs to very tight rate tolerances.  We can manufacture continuous coils to an almost infinite length and can manufacture a wide variety of extended hook leg lengths and designs.
