size range is from 0.004" to 0.866" (.1mm to 22mm). |
| Torsion
springs are typically closed coil, helical wound mechanical springs that
resist a turning or twisting force.
The most common application is the standard wooden clothes peg. |
| We
use electronic position control on all torsion spring coilers and have the
ability to work to extremely tight tolerances.
In some cases we can use electronic diameter control to manufacture
your torsion springs to very tight rate tolerances.
We can manufacture continuous coils to an almost infinite length
and can manufacture a wide variety of extended leg lengths and designs. |
